📐 Standard Parcel Limits

The monthly plan covers standard parcels weighing up to 15 kg and measuring no more than 60 × 40 × 40 cm.

Larger or heavier parcels require prior agreement.

The monthly plan's storage terms are separate from the Pay As You Go storage terms.

📋 5. IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 📝 Registration and approval are required before using the service.

• 📅 All collections must be arranged in advance.

• 🚫 Hazardous, restricted, perishable, oversized or otherwise unsuitable items may be refused.

• 🕒 Storage charges apply after the relevant included storage period.

• 📦 The maximum holding period and arrangements for uncollected parcels are governed by the applicable service terms.

• 🚚 Forwarding is optional and subject to agreement, handling fees and postage or courier costs.

• 💳 Monthly subscription, renewal, payment and cancellation arrangements will be explained before registration.
